Стигматизација као последица илегализације одређених облика транснационалног кретања – дехуманизација тзв. илегалних миграната

Сажетак
У овом раду се бавим преношењем правно-административне квалификације кретања миграната без одговарајућих докумената преко државних граница на квалификацију миграната као људи. Тај метафорични пренос, који започиње илегализацијом кретања, резултира стигматизацијама које се могу окарактерисати као криминализација, али и дехуманизација миграната. Ове стигматизације се користе као оправдање за агресивно и нехумано поступање према мигрантима.
