Друштвени статус и престиж у условима транснационалних миграција. Етнографска студија међу Албанцима из Републике Македоније

Сажетак
Истраживање друштвеног статуса у условима транснационализма важна је и плодна
тема стога што многи друштвени односи у којима се мигранти налазе одражавају или
пресецају социјалне хијерархије и идентитете њихових земаља порекла или пријема,
етничке заједнице и транснационална друштвена поља. Ова тема истраживачима нуди
добру прилику да се испитају повезаности између дистрибуције ресурса, изражавања
моћи и доминације, репрезентација социјалног идентитета, друштвене имагинације и
сл. Полазећи од оваквих претпоставки, у тексту се истражују динамика и механизми којима се друштвени статус и престиж задобијају, одржавају и приказују међу
Албанцима из Републике Македоније у условима дуготрајних, деценијских
транснационалних миграција. Три посебна домена су узета у обзир: породица у светлу
интерперсоналних односа, припадност заједници са акцентом на задобијање и
одржавање репутације и престижа, те позиционирања албанске заједнице у
македонском друштву у контексту албанско-македонских односа. Студија је базирана
на етнографском истраживању у неколико албанских села која се налазе у подручју
Скопља, Тетова и Струге.
