Сажетак
Овај рад даје увид у појавност организованог криминалa као историјског и као савременог феномена и разматра питања његовог разумевања и дефинисања. Пошто је друштвени амбијент дефинишући за улогу и значај које организовани криминал има у друштву, у раду се указује на утицај политичког контекста на његово одређење приказом генезе криминалног организовања. У раду је понуђена и анализа суштинских појмовних веза између схватања организованог криминала, пре свега у оном смислу у коме се она рефлектовала у нормативи, будући да су нормативна одређења кривичног дела организованог криминала увек под утицајем схватања о томе како организовани криминал генерише друштвену опасност. Оваквим освртом на настанак норми којима се регулише кривично дело организованог криминала, аутори настоје да дају допринос продубљеном разумевању изазова у друштвеној контроли ове друштвено деструктивне појаве.
