Напуштени простори, нема сећања: о маргинализованим становницима урбаних центара у Словенији

Сажетак
Рад се фокусира на деградирано наслеђе/а и њихово значење за различите групе становника, интерпретирајући га/их посредством студија доминантних и утишаних сећања. Студија случаја одабраних словеначких урбаних центара илуструје последице драстичне популационе промене након Другог светског рата, као и трансформације односа моћи после словеначке независности, која је донела промене у политичкоидеолошком и економском систему. Како ауторке примећују, сећања и наслеђе италијанских, немачких и југословенских становника су често утишана и нечујна у оквиру савременог словеначког хегемоног/ауторизованог дискурса наслеђа. Последице промена у друштвеним односима такође се могу препознати на микро нивоима у валоризацији социјалистичког наслеђа фабрика и војних комплекса. Данас су ова места препуштена пропадању, будући да представљају материјалне подсетнике на нежељену предратну (пре Другог светског рата) или социјалистичку прошлост. Нека од њих претворена су у омладинске, административне центре, или креативне индустрије. Међутим, ова њихова реинтерпретација онемогућава некадашње кориснике да остваре право на њих као на сопствено наслеђе.
